LiVAR is accountable for personal information under applicable Canadian private-sector privacy requirements, including British Columbia privacy requirements and federal requirements where they apply. We designate responsibility internally and review service providers before sharing information.

Information we collect

We may collect contact and business identity information, quotation and order details, billing and delivery information, account authentication records, communications, consent records, device and security logs, and payment-status references. Payment card numbers are processed by the selected payment provider and are not intended to be stored in LiVAR application databases.

Why we use it

• Operate accounts, orders, delivery, support and warranty workflows.
• Prevent fraud, secure the website and maintain audit records.
